Lectio Divina
Lectio Divina, literally meaning "divine reading," it is an ancient practice of praying the Scriptures.

It is offered the second and fourth Mondays of the month at 9:00 a.m. in Faith and Wellness Room 2 next to the Chapel.
How is Lectio Divina different than Bible Study?
Bible study is a way of exploring the stories and teachings of a religious tradition through analysis of its sacred texts.
Lectio Divina is a contemplative practice that is a direct way of connecting to God. Lectio Divina roots the prayer in the
present moment - how is the Word of God speaking to you - here and now?

The leader will lead the group through four steps - reading, reflecting, responding, and resting.
