Soul Spa – Spring 2025

Soul Spa invites participants to engage in a variety of spiritual practices to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Lent is the perfect time to step away from your routine for reflection and renewal. We will start and end together with free time in the middle for you to visit as few or as many stations as you desire. Stations offered include creating an Easter resurrection garden, walking the labyrinth, Visio Divina, refreshments and, seated healing touch sessions. Wear comfortable clothing and come as you are.
