Soul Spa invites participants to engage in various spiritual practices to nurture body, mind, and spirit. We will start as a group with a guided New Year’s meditation and then allow you to wander as desired to stations provided- creative art expression, yoga, Visio Divina, refreshments, and seated healing touch sessions. Wear comfortable clothing and come as you are. Register by calling 641-423-0536… or just show up! Start the year off with intentional time to reset and refresh.
